From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'SoftCobaltMeadow' started from a simple aspiration: to offer authentic Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Bianchi family opened our small, family-oriented pizzeria in 1985, building upon recipes that have been in our family for generations.
During a sojourn across Italy, 'Marco Bianchi', our founder, apprenticed with renowned Neapolitan pizza chefs. After her time in Italy, she aimed to replicate the quintessential Italian pizza experience, maintaining traditional practices and sourcing only the best ingredients.
What was once a cozy pizzeria with just 12 seats has evolved into an esteemed local fixture, yet our dedication to quality and originality remains intact. We continue to employ classic wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough daily, and acquire premium ingredients.
Still managed by the founding family, 'SoftCobaltMeadow' is now shepherded by the second generation of the Bianchi family, guiding our devoted staff. Although we've adopted modern touches, at our core, we are committed to crafting delectable, genuine pizza that unites our community.
